Proof and AI PolicyKentucky Sign Center will always provide proofs to customers before anything is printed or fabricated. This ensures our customers will see what the sign will look like before we produce aanything. We have the ability to show how signs will look in the space where they will be displayed if we have a photo of that space.
To ensure all signs are printed correctly, proof approval is needed in order to begin production.
As Artificial Intelligence has become readily available, many of our customers are sending art files generated by AI. Since Kentucky Sign Center has no input or control over the creation or makeup of AI files, Customer assumes ALL responsibility for the quality and legality of any customer-submitted artwork generated using AI, and indemnifies Kentucky Sign Center and our parent company J. Frank Publishing from all risks regarding copyright and potential infringement.
